Refund and Cancellation Policy

Products

We have a 90 day money-back guarantee on all our physical and digital products. You may return any physical products (Books, CDs and DVDs) in good condition within 90 days for a full refund on your purchase price. For digital products, please email us at: team@concentricproperty.co.uk and we will refund your purchase price in full.

Seminars

If for any reason you need to cancel your attendance at one of our seminars or workshops, we will happily refund your attendance fee in full up to one month before the event. Any cancellations within a month of the date of the seminar will occur a 20% (of the total attendance fee) cancellation charge.

If you cancel after any part-attendance, no refund will be given

If you defer to the next event, a charge of £35.00 plus VAT to transfer is payable if notice of 2 weeks or less is given.

Please note that only one deferment is allowable.

Our refund and cancellation policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
